Kevin G. Biddle | President

Kevin Biddle is President of Mader Construction, having been with the company since 1995. Before becoming President in 2001, he held the positions of Estimator and Vice President of Purchasing. Today, Kevin is following in the footsteps of his father, James Sr., who served as Mader President for over 25 years.

Kevin currently sits on the Executive Board of Directors for the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry as well as the Niagara Frontier Subcontractors Association. He remains active with the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of WNY and has served on the board of the National Kidney Foundation of WNY as well as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of WNY.

Kevin graduated from Orchard Park High School in 1982 and attended Georgia Southern College. He resides in Orchard Park with his wife, Barbara, and their two children, Kirsten and Jeffrey.

Jim Biddle, Jr. | Treasurer

Jim Biddle Jr. serves as Chairman and Secretary Treasurer of Mader Construction, overseeing all of the financial, insurance and bonding responsibilities. Jim’s been with the firm since 1986, previously holding the positions of Assistant Comptroller and Comptroller.

Jim currently serves on the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation board and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Leukemia Society of WNY. Jim graduated from Orchard Park High School in 1979 and LeMoyne College in 1983.

He resides in Orchard Park with his wife, Rosemary, and their children, Leah, Charlie and Timothy.

Hap Keller | VP/Superintendent

Harold “Hap” Keller is Vice President/Superintendent of Mader Construction and is responsible for overseeing every job in the Erie, Niagara, Orleans and Genesee county area. Hap has held the Superintendent’s position for over fifteen years, after taking over for his father, Herm.

Before his role as Superintendent, Hap worked as a carpenter and carpenter foreman for Mader.

A graduate of East Aurora High School, Hap lives in East Aurora with his wife, Jackie, and their three children, Carrie, Katie and Emily.

Joe Knarr | Senior Estimator

Joe Knarr is the Vice President of Estimating for Mader Construction, overseeing a group of five estimators and project managers. His experience includes over 20 years of estimating for this company.

A graduate of Iroquois High School and Erie County Community College, Joe resides in Wales with his wife, Mary, and their four children, Kyle, Tarynn, Tiffany, and Kevin.

Steve Smith | Superintendent

Steve Smith is a Superintendent at Mader Construction, handling all of the company’s work in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua and Allegany counties.

Before moving into the office as Superintendent, Steve worked as a carpenter and carpenter foreman for over 20 years.

A graduate of East Aurora High School, Steve resides in East Aurora with his wife, Judy, and their two children, Josh and Justin.
